GEMSアクセス™はモバイル対応GEMS™、KEYPRのゲストエクスペリエンスマネジメントシステムであります
GEMS Access™ is the mobile-enabled version of GEMS™, KEYPR’s Guest Experience Management System. This app allows hotel staff and management to easily manage guest requests remotely, manage appropriate resources efficiently, and receive alerts and escalations immediately thereby ensuring guest satisfaction and increased return on investment.
