Edward Express app is used by customers of laundromats - to get the service easily. Laundromats can use this app, and build a direct relationship with their customers without spending money on branded mobile app.
Edward Express app provides rich functionality like :
- to raise the pickup requests based on available time slots
- view the status of the orders
- buy package (credit/weight based) from laundromat
- review service
- view reward points they acquired over the period of time
- get the communication details to initiate a discussion at any point of time
- send personal questions / messages to laundromat for any clarifications
- Updating home/office or pickup address at their convenient time.
- Get notifications from laundromat whenever they announce - reward points, discount offers
