糖尿病患者のためのアプリケーション、eConectaプラットフォームに付属。
Application for diabetic patients, accessory to the eConecta platform. Its main objectives are to facilitate the daily monitoring of the condition, to facilitate access to educational content and to improve patient –healthcare professional communication.
An access profile in the eConecta platform is required in order to use this platform.
The automatic data download functionality from meters is limited to the Accu-Chek Aviva Connect.
This application does not replace visits to your healthcare professional.
Minimum System Requirements: iOS 5 or higher.
