Affordable - Online Coaching is an opportunity to work with me for a fraction of the price of 1-1 personal training sessions especially if you are doing multiple personal training sessions per week. Personal training sometimes doesn't come with alot of outside support which you could get through online coaching. You would get knowledge, guidance, and programming from myself.

Accountability - Having someone hold you accountable, who you have to report to, makes an incredible difference in your execution and results. Yes you might need abit more motivation to do your workout as you don't have someone there face to face to shout down your ear for that 1 hour of the week. But with an online coach I am a message away on the other end of the phone/email to answer whenever you need.

Save time & workout when you want to - You don't have to show up at a particular time & can fit your workout into your days and around your lifestyle when best suits you. You will also find that you won't show up to the gym and decide what exercises to do while you are there. You don't walk in with no game plan set beforehand & letting rest periods linger on. I will have your exercises, reps, sets & rest periods laid out for you so you can maximise your time spent in the gym.
