While practicing PCOS, it is high advisable to avoid high GI (Glycamic index) foods as it increases the blood sugar level.
Additionally, you should avoid dairy products, soy products and bad fats. In fact you should start eating green leafy vegetables, fruits, organic meat, and colored and white vegetables. Make sure you eat wholegrain foods instead of processed food. Also, whole grain fruit will maintain insulin and blood sugar levels. However the diet plan is safe but still we advise to consult a doctor and take guidance.
