Sleep Automatic has specially designed sound frequencies that makes me fall asleep pretty fast. This does not mean it will work for you. I made it for my personal use, and when I saw that it works for me, I thought I would share it. Please note that I make no claims that it works in any manner. But I will say this: do not use when driving or doing anything that requires alertness. Do not use when handling heavy machinery or when in a bathtub.
