Cosmic Flow

Fireworks
- Particle count setting
- A burst-trail toggle
- An enhanced burst mode: a large comet that leaves a velocity-stretched spark
trail

Nexus
- A rainbow colour mode alongside the existing palettes

Microbes
- Adjustable microbe count
- Microbes are now coloured by size rather than one flat colour
- A dead microbe leaves food behind, so the colony keeps regenerating

Cube
- Touch rotation, driven by quaternions so dragging feels natural in any
direction

Aurora 2
- Manual theme selection (five themes)

Music visualisations (Waveform, Spectrum, VU Meter, Many, Circular Spectrum)
- An idle mode for when nothing is playing

Settings
- An inline colour picker for colour settings: a swatch plus hue, saturation and
brightness sliders, applied as you drag
- A feedback tile fills the wallpaper grid when the count is odd, so the last row
no longer has a gap


FIXED

- Switching wallpapers could leave the previous wallpaper's last frame on screen,
with no way to recover until it was re-applied.
- The picture could stretch and clip at one edge after the app's canvas changed
size, for example while the wallpaper was settling in after being set.
- Grass: weather and the night sky now draw in the right order; clouds, fog, rain
and snow darken at night the way the night sky does; the moon now tilts with the
parallactic angle and daytime shows the moon; the wind no longer drifts out of
phase over a long session.
- Grass (Vulkan): the sun and moon no longer draw over the grass blades, and the
moon no longer covers the fireflies.
- Several paths that only failed once something else had already gone wrong (a
missing asset, an edited preference file, a released audio source) now degrade
instead of taking the wallpaper down.


CHANGED

- Wallpaper names and translations now follow the originals, and names that were
missing or inconsistent in some languages have been filled in. Two names change
to match the original wallpapers they were ported from: NoiseField is now
Bubbles, and Galaxy 4 is now Black Hole.
- All wallpaper icons unified at 512x512.
- Water Leaves (Fall): the backdrop was reworked for better image quality and a
cleaner look.
