The new Android permissions system is very powerful. Applications usually ask for permissions in a context where they are justified. However, why do apps keep this acquired permission forever?

This tool app is very simple. It shows the applications with changes (acquired permissions) with an attention icon and alerts with a notification as soon as possible (real time mode) or once a day (report mode).
