Improved addon for MCPE

This addon adds an improved minecart to Minecraft.

The three main functionalities include an arrow shooter, a chest for storing items and a seat for one player. It is a great cart to use for your adventures on rails since it will automatically shoot down hostiles which get too close and provide enough storage space to make sure you never have to leave anything left behind.
