At Evolve, we believe that there is a better way. An easier way to apply for education roles and an easier way for schools to source candidates.

We’re hugely passionate about what we do and our mission is to revolutionise the ways schools recruit.

We started life as an education recruitment company in 2005, but our MD, Mike Donnelly, who is an experienced teacher himself, knew that there must be a better way.

We decided it was time to create a new service. Evolve Teachers was born from a need to make recruitment for schools easier.
