God instructed Joshua in Joshua 1:8 as follows: “This book of the law shall not depart out of thine mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then shall thou make thy way prosperous and then thou shall have good success”.

Discipline yourself to read the prescribed two chapters of the Holy Bible each day, irrespective of the number of verses they contain. (Read a chapter in the morning and a chapter in the evening).
