Boss Life Athletics (B.L.A.) was founded in 2015 by LaVogue Berry a veteran in the fitness industry. Boss Life Athletics is not just a personal training company it is a lifestyle. Our company caters to all body types, fitness levels and ages. We specialize in strength and conditioning, HITT, tabata, sports specific training, boxing, calisthenics and nutrition counseling. Through workouts and guidance we will help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals. If you want to work out with a group of your friends or people on your same fitness grind we also offer small group training and buddy sessions.
