Task, Recurring Task, Calendar, Reminders & Snooze

Task Calendar Planner is an all in-one integrated app offering single tasks, recurring tasks and calendar events. Each task and event can have multiple reminders with device and/or email alerts. Events also offer warnings that are similar to reminders but focus on the end time-frame. Each alert stemming from a task or event can have an associated check list, file and/or document attachments and a map link.

In addition, each task, event and countdown timer can have a snooze associated with it. Snoozing creates a recurring pop up window that can be set to play music and/or vibrate the device at a specific date and time. After a snooze is executed, it can be extended for a specified period of time or canceled. Snooze alarms are displayed in the status bar with an alarm clock icon on Lollipop and above devices.

Single tasks have a check mark to indicate completed activities and are sorted by priority with additional groupings by folder, status and date. Folders can also be selected individually. Recurring tasks use a set once and forget methodology where they will repeat until changed or canceled. Supported time-frames include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual. Daily recurring tasks can exclude days. Events work in association with the week, month and agenda views. The week and month views offer modern gesture based paging. The week view can also be broken down into one to six day views with a simple tap. Events can be viewed as a whole or by individual calendar.

There are also two home screen widgets to support single tasks and events.

The app can sync multiple devices. Google Drive is the supported cloud storage provider. This is a true sync and not just a backup. Data is stored locally until synced. The app uses the oAuth approval process for both cloud storage and for retrieving files and documents from Google Drive. In addition, email for delivering reminders can be setup using using oAuth through your Gmail account or using traditional SMTP settings. Data can also be password protected when at rest on Google Drive.
