The purpose of this application is to inform all Soldiers assigned or attached to Fort Irwin and the National Training Center of the basic standards of appearance and behavior established by Army Regulations and NTC policies. This application only highlights and clarifies portions of those regulations and polices and in no way supersedes them or relieves any individual from complying with current regulations and policies.
