ICE Bridge

Android component of the Corporate ICE Bridge Safety and Communication system.

The ICE Bridge app for Androids is a mobile component of the ICE Bridge system. Use of the application requires a Corporate subscription.

The ICE Bridge system by ZeroHour Technologies, is a global corporate communication and personnel safety system providing Safety and Security Managers with a robust set of security and safety tools. The system provides real-time location, Geo fenced restricted travel areas, automatic delivery of travel and security advisories based on the user's location as well as Call Center integration for personnel requests.

Using ZeroHour Technologies' Smart Choice Analytics (SCA), the ICE Bridge system determines how to best communicate Alerts and Security Advisories to both non smartphone and smart phone users or when mobile app users are not currently running the app. It also deploys Follow Me advisories to deliver relevant advisories to users no matter where they might be.

With the press of the ICE Bridge app's "Request Assistance" button, ICE Bridge automatically routes the GSM call to the appropriate Regional Operation or Call Center where Operators and Managers can view the user's location and provide the type of assistance needed.
