TRACK MULTIPLE JOBS

Hours Tracker is built for people who work across more than one job, client, or project.

Create separate job workspaces for main employment, part-time jobs, freelance work, contract projects, client work, consulting work, side work, and weekend shifts.

Each job can have its own time entries, reports, pay settings, overtime rules, schedule, location settings, and exports. This helps you switch between jobs without mixing records.

OVERTIME, PAY, TAX, AND WORK RULES

Set up each job to match the way you actually work.

Configure daily target hours, work week start day, working days, off days, hourly pay rate, normal overtime multiplier, off-day overtime multiplier, tax rate, rounding rules, and cutoff hour for overnight shifts.

Hours Tracker helps calculate normal hours, overtime hours, off-day hours, gross earnings, tax, and net earnings.

CALENDAR, HISTORY, AND REPORTS

Use the calendar view to review your work history by day or date range. Open any shift to see start time, end time, breaks, notes, mileage, pay status, and total worked time.

Reports help you review total worked hours, break time, net work time, daily totals, weekly totals, monthly totals, overtime hours, off-day overtime, earnings by job, remaining target hours, and work trends.

Reports are scoped to the selected job, so each job stays clean, separate, and easy to review.

EXPORT TIMESHEETS

Export your work records as CSV or PDF timesheets for payroll, invoicing, client reports, personal records, project tracking, or reconciliation.

Exported timesheets can include dates, jobs, start and end times, gross hours, break hours, net hours, notes, mileage, payment status, overtime earnings, tax, and total earnings.

OPTIONAL AUTO CLOCK WITH GEOFENCING

On Android, Hours Tracker can use optional job location geofencing to help automate clock in and clock out.

When you enable Auto Clock for a job, the app can clock you in when you enter a saved job location and clock you out when you leave. Geofencing is optional, controlled per job, and requires location permission.

TIMER NOTIFICATIONS

Enable timer notifications to keep track of an active shift from your Android notification area. The notification can show your active job, elapsed work time, break status, and quick actions.

OFFLINE FIRST, CLOUD OPTIONAL

Start tracking immediately with local offline mode. Your work records stay on your device.

When you want backup or access from another device, enable Cloud Sync and sign in.
