Set it up to match your habits:

• Turn hourly announcements on or off at any time.

• Choose a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.

• Choose the IANA time zone used for announcements.

• Set quiet hours, including periods that cross midnight.

• Preview the current announcement before enabling it.

• Use Simplified Chinese, English, or the system language.

Designed for reliable reminders:

• Restore the next announcement after a normal reboot, app upgrade, or system time change.

• Use the system alarm volume; retry interrupted playback only within a limited time window.

• Clearly explain exact-alarm access, notification permission, offline speech, and alarm-volume issues.

Privacy first:

Hourly Time has no ads, accounts, or analytics, and it does not use the app’s network permission. Your announcement settings stay on your device. Speech is generated by the Android text-to-speech engine selected on the device; installing offline voice data in advance is recommended.

Force-stopping the app in Android settings may cancel scheduled announcements. Open Hourly Time again to restore the schedule.
