Dallas County. As a HUD-certified Housing Counseling Agency, we understand and value the importance

of pre-purchase education and one-on-one homeownership counseling in becoming a successful

homeowner. HomeSuite offers a simplified way to navigate the otherwise complex process of buying a

home.
