A Timer for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This app will help you with your Interval Training. It helps you to focus on the main issues of the training, not worrying about the time. You won´t be distracted by a screen or a watch. The voice will tell you exactly when you have to work or when you should rest. Our app is easy to handle and gives a great overview of your training.

Main features:

+ Configurable number of sets

+ Configurable workout an rest time durations

+ App could be reduced in the background

+ Tells you when the last 5 seconds start

+ Tells you when you have half of the time done

What is HIIT?

HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training. This is an intense workout method to burn fat. There are short periods of intense anaerobic exercise alternating with less intensive recovery periods. Normally a training session lasts under 30 minutes.
