Live Wallpapers don't show up like normal apps and they are not available to all devices.

Please, follow the instructions:

1. Go to "Settings -> Personalization -> Background -> (Home and/or Lock Screen) -> Live Wallpapers"

2. Find Happy Rain and select it

3. Once you opened it, go to "Settings" to customize your live wallpaper.

3. Select Live Wallpapers

4. Find Happy Rain and select it

5. Once you opened it, go to "Settings" to customize your live wallpaper.

If you can't find Live Wallpapers on your settings your device doesn't support them!
