app that help user to register in a day or in specific period for trainee

For user :- app that provide user that take course to register in specific day and specific period and provide communication by telephone and clear register in day and when number of user reach 20 registers will block that period and gallery to see photos + update their profile + notification send to remember him for course tomorrow + the registration clear after the day of course automatically

For Admin provide block day or period in specific day and if some one register in that period will receive a notification to change its period + provide control admin to access user (delete + contact + make admin) and has ability to see all user that has been register in specific period
