The Independent Aftermarket Branch is organised by territory (Benelux, Brazil, Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom) whereas the Original Equipment Spares Branch is organised by automaker, with a dedicated team.

The marketing and logistics activities are combined to increase performance.

Valeo Service represents 18 % of total sales for the Group.

Valeo Service sells a wide range of products and top quality services (catalogues, marketing tools, training and diagnostic tools) to car dealerships, spare parts distributors and independent garages in more than 100 countries around the world.
