The new setup to not allow customer to choose their preferred shipping options is terrible. I searched for products with filter specifically choosing J&T as preferred shipping option. And what happened? Seller just ship out my parcel with ninja van, both shopee and seller are just equally terrible. Idiotic shopee didn't bother to delete shipping option filter when it is obviously useless. If anything happens to my parcel, I will make it go viral on social media
