Changed NDK to build Gforth from 12 to 17 (last one with GCC). Added Opus and OpenSL ES bindings, started MINOS2 integration of OpenSL ES. The binaries are compiled for Android 5.0 (API 21) onwards, don't know if it still works with Android 4.x.
