GEARup2LEAD is recognized by the state of Michigan as a non-profit organization and is awaiting 501c3 status from the IRS. We are a business with a purpose.

Creating content focused on developing a GROWTH MINDSET, building EMPATHY, taking ACTION and accepting RESPONSIBILITY, GEARup2LEAD aims at helping both youth and adults reach their fullest potential as leaders so we may all experience positive change.

Aside from creating content and providing training, GEARup2LEAD continues to partner with schools, universities, organizations and businesses to help them build heroic cultures. A heroic culture is made up of people that are full of energy, full of resilience, and are taking positive action despite the challenges that are present.
