Easyday employees’ mobile view into enterprise CRM

The app serves as a mobile window for easyday store users to access the enterprise CRM application. The different features that have been enabled in the app include:

1. User Login / logout (including perpetual Login)

2. List open cases

a. By Store (Store Open Cases)

b. By User logged in (My Open Cases)

c. By Customer (within customer profile screen)

3. Filter case by: Type, Status and Date (applicable for store open cases list and my open cases list only)

4. Search Customer using Mobile number

5. Create Customer

6. Update Customer

7. Search Case using case id

8. Create Case

9. Update Case

10. Outbound Call to customer through single click

11. Add product details to case through SKU / EAN code - input through both scan of barcode and manual entry

12. Attach files to case notes (using device camera and browse and select functionality)
