Approved for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors. You can monitor your glucose by scanning the sensor with your phone. FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor users can now automatically capture glucose readings in the FreeStyle LibreLink app, updated every minute, and also receive alerts when their glucose level is low or high. You can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:

* View your current glucose value, trend arrow and glucose history

* Receive alerts when your glucose level is low or high using FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors

* View reports, including time in range and daily trend

* Share data with your doctor and family by providing your permission

USING THE APP AND THE PLAYER WITH THE SAME SENSOR

Alarms can only be sent to the FreeStyle Libre 2 player or your phone (not both). To receive alarms on your phone, you need to launch the sensor using the app. To receive alarms on your FreeStyle Libre 2 player, you must launch the sensor with your reader. Once you launch the sensor with your reader, you can also scan the same sensor with your phone.

Please note that the app and the player do not share data with each other. For complete information about a device, scan the sensor every 8 hours with that device; otherwise, the reports will not include all the data. You can upload and view data from all your devices on LibreView.com.

FreeStyle LibreLink is intended for measuring glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with a sensor.
