1. Special permissions are used as follows:

FULL INTERNET ACCESS: Uploading images to a web service.

MODIFY/DELETE USB STORAGE CONTENTS MODIFY/DELETE SD CARD CONTENTS: Saving scans on the SD card, importing images from the SD card.

VIEW WI-FI STATE/VIEW NETWORK STATE: Checking for an Internet connection before attempting to upload images to a web service.

2. This is the free, public beta version of Droid Scan Lite. This experimental version of Droid Scan is intended to test new features and bug fixes, for example, fixes aimed at specific devices and Android versions that don't affect a large number of users.
