Comma separated value text file parser and viewer

Usualy these files have a lot of lines and columns. A comma-separated values file is a delimited text file that uses a comma to separate values. Each line of the file is a data record. Each record consists of one or more fields, separated by commas. The use of the comma as a field separator is the source of the name for this file format.

This is a very first release, developed on spair time, so here is the next roadmap:

- add a configuration screen for handling app language, dark mode and other preferences

- add filtering capabilities

- feature a columns picker

- ability to transform the CSV into something else like a PDF or XLSX document

- any other suggestions you may have are welcome!
