A utility to configure, test, and troubleshoot a Flex II Controller
* Connects from the Android device to the USB Device Port on the Controllers
* Establish a connection to the CyberAudit-Web server and the Flex II Controller
* Fetch the configuration file from the CAW server to load onto the controller
