Five O'Clock's product range includes whole and portioned cakes, shaped and model cakes, salty and sweet baked goods, chocolate varieties, ice cream varieties, desserts and confectionery, cafe products, gift options, accessories, and similar products. In addition, boutique catering and event planning services are also offered. Similar or different services and products are also available to corporate and private clients based on their requests.

Five O'Clock products are freshly produced daily and contain no additives or similar products that pose a health risk. Five O'Clock products are made with Special Pastry Cream, butter, milk, and fresh vanilla. Callebaut brand Belgian chocolate is used in the chocolates. All other raw materials are selected from premium and highest quality products. Production facilities in Istanbul and Bodrum are established in accordance with advanced technology and hygiene standards and are regularly inspected by independent auditing organizations.
