Fifisync

Sync folders In between your computer and your phone over Wi-Fi network.

Fifisync lets you synchronize multiple folders on your PC or your Mac with folders on your phone over Wi-Fi network. You can copy a new song to your phone or copy pictures from your phone with just a click of a button. All you need for app to work, is installed FTP server (i.e. FileZilla Server) on your computer.
