This app is a companion to QbeCraft by SubliminalRealm.

With QbeChat, you can talk to your friends on QbeCraft from your Android device whenever you are, without even having to join the game! All you need is an internet connection, and a QbeCraft account (free).

But that's not all! You can also see when your friends were last on the server, and keep track of the QbeCraft goings-on using the live map, featuring realtime player locations and updates, with 2D, 3D and cave views!
