myPushups-Fitness App aims to improve push up and overall fitness for the users.

- What can you do with myPushups-Fitness app? -

* Application has plenty of push up variations from easy versions to hard versions for everybody.

* You can create workouts and track those workouts with timer and use rest between sets using timer.

* Push ups are tracked using your phone more efficiently. There is an automatic counter which counts your repetitions.

* You can improve your push up fitness by using challenges from learning level to most advanced level. Application increases the volume efficiently for you by every day or week.

- How to use this App?

* Best way to start is using "Challenges" option. Select your level and start your push up workout and complete for the day. Continue a level daily until you complete it and skip to the next level.

- How to do push up with the App?

* Simply place the phone under your chin or nose? Come down during your exercise and try to touch the screen with your nose or chin. This will increase repetition count automatically for you.
