Hijinks Sports Grill was created as a hybrid to combine an upscale, fun environment with cuisine not normally found in a sports bar setting. The concept creators knew there were plenty of generic branded sports bars with mediocre food and non-creative menus. Hijinks was born to create something that is the first of its kind.
