The time capture service will now properly start capturing time whenever the device starts.

The service will now stay running unless stopped by the user.

Removed confusing menu and registration options. Stopping the service from the menu option will now keep the service stopped until the user starts it again (by relaunching the app or by pressing the start service button). Registration is now done entirely by using user names and passwords.
