Align Leadership

The newest Align application from O.C. Tanner supports managers in their performance management program. This very simple app allows managers to keep track of their one-on-ones with each of their employees.

You can add a team of any size. For each employee you can keep a coaching log of what you have discussed in your one-on-one meetings. Use the app to keep track of the insights that will help you build a relationship of trust with your employees.
