ESMS Sign Up is used to subscribe to your local Emergency Text Access Number(s).

ESMS Sign Up is used to subscribe to your local Emergency Text Access Number(s). It allows the government or other local entity to send you text messages in emergency situations. It can also be used to send messages to your selected local Access Number.

Simply download, select your city and Access Number(s) and click to join the appropriate distribution list.
