Loop drives behavioural change through direct and regular feedback from your colleagues. This complements your organisation’s half-yearly or yearly performance process with a series of ongoing feedback opportunities, thereby accelerating individual and enterprise improvement.

Loop is easy to use:

1. Set goals important to your development.

2. Select trusted peers you work closely with to provide feedback on these goals.

3. Refine behaviour based on the feedback to drive individual and enterprise performance.

Loop can be used standalone in small or large teams or it can be used as part of formal 360 degree coaching programs to help individuals focus on what’s important to their own development.
