This is a chat app for internal and organizational communication.

elgana is a communication service provided by NTT West.

To use this app, a separate application is required under the name of a corporation/organization.

1. Tap [Get] to install "elgana".

2. Launch the app by tapping the app icon added to your device's home screen.

3. On the login screen, enter the workspace ID, login ID, and password notified by the administrator to log in.

The privileges required to use elgana are as follows.

*Authority names may differ depending on the model, OS, and version.

■Access photos, media, and files on your device

Used for setting profile images and group images, and sending images and videos to chat.

■Making and managing phone calls

Used to generate ID required for device authentication.

■Audio recording

A microphone is used for voice calls. Calls will not be recorded.

■Access to contacts

Used to send push notifications. We do not access your contact data.
