The Panchatantra is a collection of Sanskrit fables in prose and verse. The original version, now lost, was written around 200 BC and is attributed to Vishnu Sarma. The Panchatantra consists of 5 parts, and hence called Panchtantra. Pancha means five and tantra means ways or principles. everyone from kids to adults can read these famous Stories.
