ASSIST bietet kostenlose, individuelle Beratung zu gesunder Ernährung für Familien.

Do you struggle on finding balance in grocery shopping, food preparation for your children, and a healthy nutrition? ASSIST provides customised recommendations on food, cooking, and personalised food health advice, daily at your mobile, always anonymous, and free.

The App has been awarded with the support of the European Union agency EIT Food, and it is part of a science and technology consortium EIT Food Smartlist, with partners from Finland, Italy and Spain (University of Helsinki, University of Turin, AZTI, GRUPO AN and AI Talentum).

How does ASSIST works:

You create a profile by answering simple questions on your family food habits

You make photos of your grocery shopping tickets, every time you go grocery shopping

You receive customised tips on all your family daily food actions: what you should include, and you are missing, how to storage the food you buy, and much more

You will be updated with all the news of the ASSIST platform, (new articles of interest, surveys and discussion forums on family food and nutrition issues).
