This application refers to all relief and assistance missions and assistance to people in danger. First aid or relief to victims (SAV) means, in France, the first acts of emergency practiced by persons with necessary knowledge, volunteer first aid or firefighters; it can be rescue to person with or without equipment, organized team or alone.
