Vsmart Dual Apps

What's new:
- Support import files between Internal storage and Dual apps space. All files you import will be stored in the Shared folder, all second apps in Dual apps will be able to get them for sharing with your friends.
- Support import contacts, create a new contact, add a contact from your contacts to Dual apps. All second apps in Dual apps can be found the imported contacts for syncing your friend's list.
