Twipply lets you send a tip, rating and review to anyone. Then, the person receiving the tip gets to rate and review you back.
Overtime Twipply users develop a Twipply rating which can be seen by other Twipply users. Companies will be able to push proximity based ads and discounts to users based on Twipply user rating.
Users can cash in their tip balance for gift cards (Amazon) or convert Twipcoins to money via check.
Twipply can be used by anyone who wants to send or receive a tip, restaurant servers, valets, artists, street performers, online video personalities... the list goes on.
