Karen is one of the top agents in the Louisville area. She was national rookie of the year in 2009 selling approximately $20 million of real estate in her rapidly growing career. She is fast approaching 15 million this year alone. Karen has accomplished becoming one of the top agents with Sotheby's. Her accomplishments in real estate sales in the past 4 years are quickly surpassing her reputation as a singer. The knowledge of marketing she gained in 35 years in the music industry has been an attribute she has elevated to new heights in the sale of real estate. Karen was born and raised in Louisville and loves the area. She has a vast knowledge of her hometown, and specializes in the Lake Forest, Polo Fields and Locust Creek communities and the surrounding areas. She is married to a UPS pilot and works with many clients relocating from all over the world. In her spare time, she enjoys boating on the Ohio River, fishing, and spending quality time with her family. She is very committed to the community and several local charities including the Crusade for Children and the Denny Crum Cystic Fibrosis organization. She also currently serves on the board of the Denny Crum Scholarship Foundation. Karen will find you a home, not just a house.
