Rental Inspect by NoticeWare allows Landlords or Tenants to do a full inspection of the property, complete with photos. This inspection documents the condition of the property at the time the inspection is done.

As a Tenant, if you do an inspection when you move-in, you can note any existing problems so that you don't get blamed for them. When you move out, you can inspect again and show the condition that you left the property in. It is harder for a Landlord to keep your security deposit if you can prove you didn't leave a mess or cause any damage.

As a Landlord, you can inspect the property before the Tenant moves in and then again when the leave to show damages and condition. It's a great supporting report if you have to go to the Tribunal or court.

When you have completed the Inspection, you can produce a professional PDF to email or upload to the cloud as a permanent record of the condition of the property.
