Mobile Api is an Application that will create a service to listen on specific port number defined by user. The service will start once the user click listen button. This service then will wait for specific tcp port packet containing a request to call a phone number.
Once the service got this specific packet, the service will start to call the phone number.
Client for this mobile service api is available in python and can be downloaded from
https://github.com/ringlayer/mobile-api-client
