Markedshot Challenges are photo assignments created by brands & businesses which pledges to buy photos that meets their needs.

===== Do I retain ownership of my photos? =====

You retain ownership of your photos. Markedshot only helps to promote and license your photos to businesses and handles all the payment and transaction fees.

===== Can I submit photos that I don't own? =====

No! You must not submit photos that you do not own or have rights to sell such as images you find on the internet. Photographers will face legal consequences if they upload copyrighted photos for sale.

===== Do I need a PayPal account? =====

Yes, you are required to have a personal PayPal account in order for us to be able to transfer your rewards to you. We have plans to add other modes of payment in future.
