Goods and Services Tax, 2016 is also called the GST 2016 contains comprehensive provisions of Central / State

Goods and Services Tax (CGST / SGST) and the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST). It covers various aspects relating to supply of goods and services, time and place of such supply, input tax credit, valuation rules, tax administration and the transition provisions including separate chapter on digital transactions.
